Browser Device Permissions

If you have previously disallowed Screenleap from accessing your screen, camera, or microphone, your browser will automatically block it going forward. In order to give us permission to access your camera or microphone, you will need to undo your previous choice. Please see below for instructions on how to do so for each supported browser.

Once you have performed the steps below for your browser, you will need to start a new meeting and then click "Allow" when you are asked to give us permission.

Screen Share Permission

Firefox

1. Go to the Screenleap website.
2. Click the permissions icon to the left of the URL in the address bar.
3. Click the Blocked Temporarily button to the right for Share the screen.
4. Reload the page.

Safari

1. Select Preferences... from the Safari menu.
2. Click on the Websites tab and then on Screen Sharing.
3. Select Ask for www.screenleap.com.

Camera Permission

Chrome

1. Enter into your browser address bar: chrome://settings/content/camera
2. Click the trash icon for https://www.screenleap.com:443.
3. Start a new meeting.

Edge

1. Enter into your browser address bar: edge://settings/content/camera
2. Click the trash icon for https://www.screenleap.com:443.
3. Start a new meeting.

Firefox

1. Go to the Screenleap website.
2. Click the permissions icon to the left of the URL in the address bar.
3. Click the Blocked Temporarily button to the right for USe the camera.
4. Reload the page.

Safari

3. Select Allow for www.screenleap.com.

2. Click the trash icon for https://www.screenleap.com:443.
3. Start a new meeting.
